Machine-laid tarmac over a full-depth compacted base.
Tarmac driveways

Tarmac is the best-value surface on any drive over about 40 square metres, and it's the fastest to get you back on it. But it's also the surface that punishes shortcuts hardest: lay it on a thin or badly compacted base and it'll crack across the wheel tracks in the first frost.
We put in a full-depth MOT Type 1 base, tack-coat the binder, and lay a wearing course to spec in one continuous pour. Roller-compacted while it's hot, so the finish stays sealed against water ingress.
Good for driveways, turning areas, farm approaches and shared accesses.
The trust bit
We won't lay tarmac on a base we didn't build ourselves — no exceptions.
